Uses the SRC in Sample Manager to upsample each flac file in watched directories to specified bit and sample rate. You must have a licensed version of Sample Manager to use. All other requirements are for free programs/utilities (e.g., Max). Look at the 'readme.txt' in the root directory for a more thorough description of the program
