| Tagging is all the latest craze. And for good reason because by applying tags to your documents you will be able to find those docs quick and easy through OS X Tiger's build in Spotlight search. Tagging not only works for text documents but also for pictures movies and music files. In fact, you can tag any type of document.
Tagger lets you tag your docs without hassle. Simply attach Tagger to a folder of your choice and any file you put into that folder will ask you to stick the appropriate tags on it (e.g -Home -Garden -Tools- for that lawn mower manual). No more need for endless rows of subfolders within folders. Even if you would use only one folder for all your documents, by tagging your files you can always retrieve them in the blink of an eye. And even better: you don't have to miss out on your old and trusted folders. Because Tagger creates a virtual Smart Folder for every unique tag you come up with. So if you tag some of your files with the keyword 'Garden' there will instantly be a Smart Folder that shows all your garden stuff. Happy Tagging Gijs van den Heuvel |
