| Sync Entourage-Address Book synchronizes Entourage and Apple's Address Book in OS 10.3 (Panther) and Tiger (OS 10.4)*. It has been upgraded to use the new features of Entourage 2004, but will continue to work as an update in Entourage X as well. It allows you to maintain Entourage as your centralized Personal Information Manager while at the same time taking advantage of the direct access provided to Fax programs, iSync, iChat, iPod, the new .Mac Address Book, and more by OS X's Address Book. All Entourage fields sync to Address Book and back, mapping custom fields and with unmapped fields recorded in the Notes. You can keep both applications in constant synchronization by running the script at any time, or automatically every night if you wish. (*Get Sync Entourage-Address Book [JAGUAR] here for OS 10.2.)
New features in v2.6: • All Entourage Custom Fields sync to Address Book custom fields (not notes), and back. • In Tiger, both Home and Work web pages (URLs) sync both directions. New in v2.5 (new features in Entourage 2004 only): • Works in both Entourage 2004 and X • Adds syncing of email labels (home/work/other) in 2004 • Syncs new IM Addresses (Instant Message) fields in 2004 • Only modified Entourage groups are checked fast - every time - in 2004: one fewer option • You can sync deletions of groups and group members even in Two-Way Sync • Syncs projects from 2004 to Address Book notes • Sets Entourage to Work Offline for speed every time • Avoids bug in Entourage X that prevented contacts in Address Book from being deleted. |

| Release Notes: v2.6.4 is a free update to any v2.x, and incorporates the significant 2.6 update with new features.
IMPORTANT!! If you were using any version 2.5.8 through 2.6.2 in Tiger and did not already update to 2.6.3 and re-run PREFS Installer: **Run PREFS Installer to confirm FirstName LastName, Toggle One-Way Synching, and Saving Deletion Checking prefs (don't worry that your current choice may not be highlighted), then run it again to see that your selected choice IS now confirmed by a highlighted button, checkbox or list item. You do not need to do this if you already did so with v2.6.3 or later, or if you never ran any version in Tiger until now. NEW in v2.6.4: • Fixes a minor bug in 2.6.3 that synced multiple Children from Entourage to a single "child" field in Address Book separated by commas, instead of to multiple separate "child" fields. Fixed in 2.6.4. • Instructions for Exchange account usage with Entourage 2004 11.2 in the ReadMe, section 4. Set Up. |

| it would have been perfect except for one fatal exception: After I used it and synced my LifeDrive with my iBook, my LifeDrive's address book stopped working; it wouldn't even accept new entries anymore! I suspect the program meddles with my Palm's sync function. My problem now is: how do I get this crazy application out of my iBook, so I can proceed with my life? | ||

| bought this since I need it. 10.4.5 and latest Office 2004. Crashes upon every launch, followed all rather confusing instructions to the letter as far as possible.

| Review: If you synchronize your ICAL with a web calendar using the ICAL feature for this, BEWARE because AFTER you use this program, the synchronization will not work and all events on the web calendar will be removed. Starting all over agin does not seem to solve the problem either. | ||
