Running 10.2.4 create a folder ~/Library/PDF Services. Place this compiled script into the folder. The print dialog now includes this as a popup menu item. When selected a PDF is created, a new message created in Entourage, and the PDF added to it as an attachment. No support offered, and free to use and modify.
