open-File-Alarm Creator is a simple script that enables one to quickly link an application (even another script) with iCal and have that application open at a user-defined date/time. This script certainly beats manually setting things in iCal to do the same thing and more.
Release Notes: Quick fix for broken "no sleep" option in v0.3 - Added error ("user-cancel") traps for clean exits - Alarm event is deleted from the calendar even after scheduling if process is aborted - Non-recurring events are automatically deleted after activation (prevents build-up of "once-over" events in calendar)
