When launched, these stay-open scripts doing nothing but sit idle. Then, when their Dock icon is clicked, they will open the AppleScript dictionary of the frontmost application. If the application is not scriptable, nothing much will happen. Scripts are included for Script Debugger and Script Editor version 2.
