First, store chunks of commonly used text in an Entourage Note. Create a category called 'Stationery' (without the quotes), and assign this category to all the notes containing boiler plate text (they can have other categories as well). Run the script and you are presented with a list of these note(s) which can be selected for insertion into your message.
