Exchange server has an ActiveSync problem where mail sent from ActiveSync devices such as iPhone do not show up properly in Entourage. See http://blog.entourage.mvps.org/2008/08/use_applescript_to_read_activesync_sent_items_in_entourage.html This script basically fixes the mail messages by stripping out the offending headers that should not be there.
