Apple's Mail has a nice function to export photos that people send you to iPhoto; Entourage does not. This script provides that capability. Select a message with attached photos (.jpg,.gif,.tif,.png). Run the script. You will be asked to select which photos are copied to iPhoto by file name; then iPhoto will launch and import the selected photos.
