| Reads Email using OS X's default speech engine. Supports reading multiple emails at once, just select several messages and launch the script. Tries to smartly parse out reply emails and only read the new content and not duplicate content. Does not handle emails well where content is within the replied text. | ||

Features: * Added ability to skip email and stop reading... * Added pause button, but suspending and continuing the script makes speech choppy. Workarounds welcome! Bugs: * Now I can't get rid of the dialog box so you basically can't do anything else while reading. Workarounds welcome! Thought about making another helper script, but that seems clunky. * Because the dialog asking to skip or stop reading is not directly connected to the speech process (which is spawned by a shell process), there may be a delay up to 10 seconds between reading multiple messages. Version 0.03: * Adds automatically putting emails into folders after reading, sorts by searching subject title Version 0.02: * Added debug boolean. Got tired of commenting everything out to debug things. * TRIES to parse things out better, may not really succeed. |
