Copies files located in a folder inclding subfolders into a folder of choice recursively.

While doing this using the UNIX shell command "cp" it prefixes the files copied with numbers from 00001 until 99999 so they all stay ordered.

A status window will display the progress, the total amount of files and the filename of the currently copied file.
Release Notes: Checks for '/Developer/Tools/CpMac' first and will use it if present. This preserves Mac ressource forks. If CpMac is not installed it will fall back using "cp" as 0.1 but this will destroy ressource forks.

Changed to real five digit prefixing.
